Ingredients:


8 ounces egg noodles uncooked

2 cups Sour cream

1/4 cup parmesan cheese Grated

1 tablespoons chives Chopped fresh

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/8 teaspoon Pepper

1 Clove garlic crushed

2 tablespoons Margarine or butter

1/4 cup parmesan cheese Grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


These rich noodles come from Eastern Europe and Russia. Garnish with. Cook noodles as directed in recipe or on package; drain. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, the chives, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir margarine into hot noodles. Stir in sour cream mixture. Place on warm platter. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
