Linguine with Mushrooms and Garlic | |||||||

Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Saute garlic in 1 Tblsp butter and 2 Tblsp olive oil until wilted. Add mushrooms and saute until they are beginning to dry out a bit. Add the remaining butter and oil and allow to melt. Season w/salt and pepper and
toss with cooked, drained linguine to thoroughly incorporate ingredients. Taste, adjust seasoning and enjoy!
