Preparation / Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and flour until smooth. Cook over medium - high heat until mixture is bubbly and thickened, about 7 or 8 minutes.
Stir in dry mustard, salt, paprika, pepper, all cheeses, and onions. Continue to cooik utnil cheeses are completely melted.
Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Transfer to a large casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
