Ingredients:


4 links Italian sausages -- casings removed

2 cans Italian tomato sauce

16 ounces macaroni -- cooked

1 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded

1 cup parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


#1) Remove casings (skin) from 4 Italian sausages. Heat a large skillet and fry sausage, breaking into small chunks. Add 2 cans Italian tomato sauce. #2) Cook macaroni according to package directions. Stir into meat and tomato sauce mixture. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and Parmesian cheeses. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve with French bread and salad.
