Marinated Artichokes, Peppers, and Pasta |

Ingredients:
2 2/3 cups penne pasta uncooked (8 ounces) |
7 ounces roasted red bell peppers drained and chopped |
7 ounces marinated artichoke hearts undrained |
2 ounces mushrooms sliced , drained |
3 tablespoons basil leavestorn fresh |
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese shredded |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons pine nuts |

Preparation / Directions:
1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
2. Mix remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add pasta; toss. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately.
