Marinated Artichokes, Peppers, and Pasta

Ingredients:


2 2/3 cups penne pasta uncooked (8 ounces)

7 ounces roasted red bell peppers drained and chopped

7 ounces marinated artichoke hearts undrained

2 ounces mushrooms sliced , drained

3 tablespoons basil leavestorn fresh

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese shredded

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons pine nuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. 2. Mix remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add pasta; toss. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately.
