15 Minute Mac N' Cheese

Ingredients:


4 cups macaroni

1/2 cup skim milk powder

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 dash salt

2 cups old cheddar cheese -- shredded

2 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese -- shredded
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. In a large pot of boiling water cook macaroni for 6-8 minutes or until tender but firm. Drain reserving 1 1/2 cups cooking liquid; set pasta aside. 2. Pour reserved liquid into a pot and return to medium high heat; whisk in skim milk powder, cornstarch, mustard, pepper and salt. Bring just to a boil. 3. Remove from heat, add pasta and toss to coat. Add cheeses and stir until melted. Add- Ins: 4 green onions sliced, 1/2 cup chopped rehydrated sun dried tomatoes, 2 can wtaer packed tuna, 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped, 1 cup cooked ham.
