Ingredients:


16 large manicotti

2 pints small curd cottage cheese

1 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

1 large egg

12 ounces frozen spinach

4 cups marinara sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


bring a large pot of salted water to a boil add manicotti and simmer for 8 minutes, drain combine remaining ingredients, except marinara sauce-mix well gently stuff into manicotti shells remove to 9x13x2 glass baking dishes pour marinara sauce over all cover with foil bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes remove from oven, allow to rest for 15 minutes remove and discard foil cover serve hot
