World Famous Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:


4 pounds pot roast

2 cloves garlic

12 sprigs rosemary

1 medium Onion -- chopped

3/4 cup red wine

28 ounces crushed tomatoes

28 ounces tomato puree

6 ounces tomato paste

8 ounces tomato sauce

1 tablespoon italian herbs

2 pieces bay leaves

1 tablespoon oregano

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

1 can bouillon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Insert slivers of garlic and rosemary into roast. Brown on all sides. Add onion to brown. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer for 3 1/2 hours uncovered. Taste for seasoning. Add more seasoning if needed. Thin with canned bouillon.
