Cheesy Pasta and Bacon

Ingredients:


6 ounces pasta

2/3 cup four cheese blend shredded cheese

2/3 cup fat free ricotta cheese

3 ounces Canadian bacon chopped

1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain; return to pot. In small bowl combine shredded cheese and ricotta; fold into pasta. Add bacon and pepper; toss to combine. Heat until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
