Herbed Italian Pasta Salad |

Ingredients:
8 pound bone-in ham, with rind |
16 ounces rotini pasta |
8 ounces tomato sauce |
1 cup Italian dressing |
1 tablespoons basil leaves chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried |
1 tablespoons oregano leaves chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried |
1 cup mushrooms sliced |
5 medium roma (plum) tomatoes coarsely chopped |
1 large cucumber coarsely chopped |
1 medium red onion chopped |
2 1/4 ounces olives sliced ripe , drained |

Preparation / Directions:
Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain. Mix tomato sauce, dressing, basil and oregano in large bowl. Add pasta and remaining ingredients; toss. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
