Almond Rolls

Ingredients:


1/2 pound butter

1/2 cup sugar

2/3 cup almonds -- ground

2 cups flour -- sifted
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cream butter and sugar together. Stir in ground almonds and gradually add sifted flour. Chill dough 1 hour. Roll 1 inch pieces into small logs. Bake 20 min. at 325.
