Tomato Pickles

Ingredients:


30 large Ripe tomatoes

4 large Onions

6 large Pears

6 large Peaches

6 large Apples

4 cup Granulated sugar

2 tablespoons Salt

1 package Mixed pickling spices, tied in cloth

1 pint Vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Peel and chop fine the tomatoes, omions, pears, peaches and apples. Mix all ingredients and boil until thick. Pour into sterilized KERR jars and seal.
