Cottage Cheese Pie

Ingredients:


2 large eggs -- well-beaten

1 pint cottage cheese

1/2 pint sour cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 dash salt

2/3 Cup sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix ingredients together and put in an 8-inch pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for about half an hour and then at 350 degrees until a knife comes out clean. If you like, put cinnamon on top of the pie.
