Upside Down Pizza Pot Pie

Ingredients:


1 crust Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust

8 Ounces Pizza Sauce

8 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese

4 medium Mushrooms, chunked

1 package Pepperoni

1 medium Green Pepper, chunked

1 can sliced olives
 

Preparation / Directions:


Spray 2 small oven proof bowls with pam. sprinkle cheese on bottom of bowl and follow with thick sliced pepperoni, mushrooms, pepper, and olives. Cover with pizza sauce. Open Pizza crust and divide in two. Shape each half round and large enough to go over bowl, making sure it is covering sides. Bake at 425 degree oven for about 10 - 12 minutes, or until crust is browned. Immediately flip bowls upside down. Using a knife, cut around bowl and crust, now the crust is the bowl. The larger the veggies and pepperoni the better.
