Preparation / Directions:
Liberally sprinkle cornmeal on the peel. Hand stretch the dough on a floured surface until it is approximately 14" in diameter (unless, of course, you're making a 10" pizza). Transfer it to the peel (with the cornmeal coating).
Apply a thin coating of olive oil, fully covering the surface of the dough. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving about a half inch margin around the edge. Once you've put the sauce on the pizza, work quickly to apply the rest of the ingredients. Spread about a cup of the cheese, add the canadian bacon and the rest of the toppings as desired, then spread the remaining cheese over the top.
