Preparation / Directions:combine flour, cornmeal, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl gradually mix in water beat until mixture forms a ball knead in mixer for 1-2 mintues remove from mixer and shape into a ball coat with oil cover, put in a warm place, and allow to rise for 60 minutes rollout, garnish, and cook as desired
