Upside Down Pizza

Ingredients:


6 pieces rhodes texas rolls -- thawed and risen

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion -- chopped

15 ounces pizza sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off fat. Blend in pizza sauce, garlic salt and oregano. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Knead rolls together into a ball. Roll to a 9 x 13 inch rectangle. Place over meat mixture in pan. Cut a small slit in the dough to vent steam. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes.
