Vegetable Focaccia

Ingredients:


6 pieces rhodes flaked wheat rolls -- thawed and risen

1 medium onion -- diced

1 cup broccoli flowerets

1/2 medium Zucchini thinly sliced

1 medium red pepper -- diced

1 medium green pepper -- diced

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 teaspoon italian herbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Knead rolls together into a ball. Roll into a 10 inch by 15 inch rectangle. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap that has also been sprayed. Let rise 30 minutes. Remove wrap. Sprinklw dough with italian herbs and garlic powder. Press dough down with fingers to form a dimpled surface. Arrange vegetables on top. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
