Balkan Corn Meal Mush (Polenta)

Ingredients:


3 cups water

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup stone ground corn meal

3 tablespoons fresh dill -- chopped

4 ounces feta cheese -- crumbled

1 cup tomato sauce

1 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


To tomato sauce add the lemon juice and black pepper. Boil water and salt. Add cornmeal. Cook several minutes, Stir in dill and feta. Serve topped with tomato sauce.
