Ingredients:


9 cups water

1 tablespoons salt

1 pound polenta
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine water and salt in a saucepot, over a high flame bring to the boil and slowly stir in polenta heat and stir for 20-30 minutes, until mixture pulls away from sides of pot pour out onto a lightly moistened platter and allow to cool completely cut into 1/2-inch slices pan fry, grill, or broil to form a thin crust on all sides serve hot
