Preparation / Directions:Place oil, smashed, peeled and minced garlic, chili powder and cayenne in a small saucepan over very low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for five minutes. Place popcorn in a large bowl. Pour the spice mixture over and toss to coat. Hands work best for this. Season with salt to taste and serve.
