Preparation / Directions:Rub pork chops with barbeque seasoning, add garlic salt, to taste and a light sprinkling celery salt. Sprinkle with paprika. Smoke over coals and hickory at a low heat for 20 minutes, then increase heat for 40 minutes. Baste during last 5 minutes with barbeque sauce.
