Ingredients:


4 pounds sparerib

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon garlic

1/2 cup hoisin sauce

1/2 cup white wine

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon 5 spice powder

4 drops food coloring
 

Preparation / Directions:


cut meat into individual riblets simmer in water for 30 minutes, drain place in a non-metal bowl, set aside combine remaining ingredients-mix well pour over meat cover and chill for 4-6 hours, turning often drain well and reserve marinade grill or broil ribs, until well done, basting often with reserved marinade divide remaining marinade between sauce cups serve ribs warm, with individual cups or sauce to the side
