Preparation / Directions:Cook pork in 12-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream, breaking up tomatoes.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream; cook until hot.
