Ingredients:


8 ounces onion

1 ounce garlic puree

8 ounces tomato sauce

4 ounces catsup

4 ounces wine vinegar

2 ounces fresh lemon juice

4 ounces worcestershire sauce

4 ounces light brown sugar

1/3 cup hot chile powder

2 teaspoons celery salt

1 teaspoon ground cumin

3 teaspoons liquid smoke
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium-low flame simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often serve hot, warm, or at room temperature note: excellent for pork
