Preparation / Directions:1. Flatten pork to 1/8 inch thickness.
2. Combine honey and mustard; brush over both sides of pork. 3. In a shallow bowl combine crackers and bread crumbs; add pork and turn to coat. 4. In a skillet heat oil and butter; fry pork for 2-3 minutes per side or until crisp and juices run clear. | ||||||||
