Pepperoni Pasta Ruffles

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil

2 medium red and/or green bell peppers -- diced

1 jar Ragu Old World Style Pasta Sauce -- (27.7 ounces)

1 package sliced pepperoni (3 1/2 ounces) -- halved

8 ounces mozzarella cheese -- diced

1 package fusilli or rotini pasta (16 ounces) -- cooked and drained
 

Preparation / Directions:


In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook bell peppers 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in Ragu Old World Style Pasta Sauce and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Toss sauce, pepperoni and cheese with hot pasta.
