Preparation / Directions:PORK CHOPS: Place pork chops between 2 piecces of plastic wrap and pound until 4 inches thick. Grill over over medium coals for 7 minutes. Turn and grill for another 6 minutes. Use teriyaki bourbon sauce to baste chops while cooking. Serve additional sauce along side chops. TERIYAKI BOURBON SAUCE: Cook the garlic and onion in the olive oil until softened. Stir in pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir occasionally until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes longer. Use to baste chops as they cook. Serve extra sauce along side chops.
