Texas Bbq Pork Chops

Ingredients:


4 chops pork chop

1 cup onion

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 tablespoons peanut oil

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Score egdes of chops to prevent curling place into a large baking pan, set aside combine remaining ingredients-mix well pour over chops to coat well cover and chill for 2-4 hours grill chops to desired doneness, basting often serve hot
