Tropic Sun Spareribs

Ingredients:


4 pound Spareribs, or country-style pork ribs

3 Cloves garic, pressed

20 Ounces Dole crushed pineapple, undrained

1 large Onion

12 ounces chili sauce

1/2 Cup Brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon Ground giner

1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
 

Preparation / Directions:


Rub ribs with garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion in large baking pan. Place ribs on top. Add 1/4 cup water to pan. Cover with foil. Bake in 350-degrre F. oven 1/2 hour. Combine remainig ingredients. Spoon over ribs. Bake, uncovered, one hour longer. S
