| This is the easiest crockpot recipe I have found and it is just superb. I have written in my cooling columns and it is frequently requested. |

Ingredients:
1 small pork roast |
1 package baby carrots |
5 medium potatoes sliced |
1 can apple pie filling |

Preparation / Directions:
Place baby carrots in bottom of crockpot, slice potatoes on top and then put in roast. Pour whole can of apple pie filling over the top and cook on low 8 hours.
