Ingredients:


4 pounds smoked, pulled pork butt

8 large tomatoes, charred and chopped

2 medium onions -- chopped

3 tablespoons oil

8 cloves garlic

1 1/2 cups ketchup

2 cups canned jalapeno peppers -- chopped

2 pieces bay leaves

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

2 medium green peppers -- sliced thin

1 cup pork drippings

2 tablespoons juice from canned jalapenos

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

2 teaspoons salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sauté onion, garlic and green peppers until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients except the meat. Bring to boil. Add meat and simmer 1 hour. Serve with yellow rice and tortillas.
