Baked Pork Chops

Delicious thin cut pork chops with creamed corn and corn flake breading.
 

Ingredients:


7 chops pork chops thin cut boneless

1 large egg

15 ounces corn creamed

4 cups corn flakes crushed

3 tablespoons flour

3 tablespoons bread crumbs (optional)

2 tablespoons cornmeal (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix egg with creamed corn In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients Dip pork chop in egg/corn mixture Coat pork chop in corn flake mixture Place on baking pan for 30 minutes or until done.
