Ingredients:


1/2 cup unsalted butter

2 tablespoons oil

8 chops boneless pork chops

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste

2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper

2/3 cup dry vermouth

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
 

Preparation / Directions:


Flavor chops with spices. Combine vermouth, lemon juice, butter and oil in sauce pan. Fry chops. Grate lemon peel as garnish. Prepare over apple sauce. Give Tiger a bath -- and don't play ball in the hous
