Preparation / Directions:In skillet over medium heat, melt butter, cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, milk, pepper and potatoes. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
