Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients:


5 pounds potatoes - peeled and cubed

1 stick margarine

1 pound velveeta cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place potatoes into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper and a little water. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. Then add about 1 stick of margarine, sliced over top of potatoes, cover with foil and bake about 1/2 hour more or until done. Ten minutes before serving, slice 1 pound of velveeta cheese into 1/4 inch slices and place over potatoes, cover with foil and bake again for about 10 minutes.
