Ingredients:
900 grams frozen hash brown potatoes with onion and |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
450 grams sour cream |
100 grams melted margarine |
225 grams sharp cheese -- grated - cracker bar |
1 teaspoon salt and pepper |
1 cup crushed corn flakes or potato chips |

Preparation / Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased 24x33 cm glass dish.
2. Top with crushed corn flakes or potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 190 øC .
