Chive-Potato Bake

Ingredients:


3 medium medium-size baking potatoes -- thinly sliced

1 tablespoon minced chives

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley -- (up to 3-Tbsp.)

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Layer on-third of potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan; sprinkle with one-third of chives, parsley, pepper, and paprika. Repeat layers until remaining ingredients are used. Cover with foil, and bake at 400 F for 45 minutes or until done.
