Preparation / Directions:Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender; drain and keep warm. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt in a medium bowl; stir well. Add potatoes and olives; toss gently to mix. Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle parley over top.
