Preparation / Directions:1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Cut each potato in half lengthwise; scoop out insides. In medium bowl, mash potatoes with milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth; fold in chives and chunky blue cheese dressing. 3. Fill each potato shell with mixture. Place on cookie sheet; bake 25 minutes or until golden. | ||||||||
