Ingredients:


3/4 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup beer

1/4 cup walnuts

1 teaspoon fresh orange juice

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon orange zest

1/4 teaspoon salt

22 ounces canned sweet potatoes
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine brown sugar, beer, walnuts, orange juice, cornstarch, zest, and salt in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat and stir until thickened cut sweet potatoes or yams into bite-sized pieces and place into the heated glaze-stir to coat well spoon into a serving dish serve hot
