Preparation / Directions:Wash potatoes, and rub with oil. Bake at 400 F for 1 hour or until soft
when pierced with a fork.
Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Add avocado and milk,

Split tops of potatoes lengthwise, and fluff pulp with a fork. Spoon

over potatoes. Sprinkle with bacon, and top with tomato.
