Ingredients:


8 large baking potatoes -- unpeeled cut lengthwise

1/2 cup oil

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2 shallow baking pans. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in preheated 375F oven 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, brushing. occasionally with oil mixture.
