Baked Sweet Potatoes In Crockpot

Ingredients:

5 medium sweet potatoes or yams

Preparation / Directions:

Wash potatoes. Drain but do NOT dry. Set in the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours (depending on size of potatoes).
