Preparation / Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water until soft. Remove from water and drain. Place in mixing bowl. While potatoes are cooking, wrap garlic cloves loosely in plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes until softened. Mash potatoes and garlic together with potato masher. Add butter, cream cheese and sour cream. Stir and mash together mixing well. Season with paprika, salt and pepper. Mash together. Sprinkle on basil leaves. Stir into potato mixture. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot! (these potatoes will be more chunky than smooth and so good!)
