Broccoli and Potatoes with Dill | |||||||||

Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Steam potatoes over boiling water containing the dill sprigs for about 5
min. Add broccoli and steam until vegetables are tender, about another 5 min.
Place potatoes and broccoli in large bowl and add scallions, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. Toss well.
Serve warm as a side dish, or chill for about 1 hr and serve as a salad.
