Italian Potatoes In Foil

Ingredients:


2 large baking potatoes -- cut into 1/4-inch round slices

1 large red onion -- thinly sliced

8 tablespoons wish-bone italian dressing
 

Preparation / Directions:


On four 9 x 18-inch pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil, equally divide potatoes and onion, overlapping slices slightly. Top each with 2 tablespoons Italian dressing. Wrap foil loosely around potatoes, sealing edges airtight with double fold. Grill or broil pouches, turning occasionally, until potatoes are tender. Also terrific with Wish-Bone Robusto Italian or Classic House Italian Dressing.
