Karen's Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:


8 medium red potatoes -- peeled and diced

5 slices hickory smoked bacon

1/2 pieces real butter

4 medium garlic bulbs -- minced

1 large red onion -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


cook bacon in pan that you will be cooking potatoes in. When bacon is cooked remove from pan set aside. Saute onions and garlic for 10 minutes. Add peeled and chopped potatoes and cooked bacon. Cook on medium stirring every few minutes, until done.
