Preparation / Directions:Place potato in a large saucepan; cover with water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain potato, and return to pan. Add the yogurt and remaining ingredients; beat at medium speed of a mixer until smooth.
