Lemon Potatoes

Ingredients:


2 medium russet potatoes unpeeled, halved lengthwise; deeply scored on cut sides

1/4 cup butter -- melted

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine butter, lemon juice, salt and garlic powder. Place on a cookie sheet and brush mixture on the cut sides of the potatoes. Bake at 325 for 30 - 45 minutes.
